You have to be persistent with Huion's customer service. It took me a couple of months to sort through some of issues with the product I was having trouble with, but they stayed with me and provided a solution which I am very grateful for. I will write another review soon after I had time to make sure the product and experience stays consistent.

Amazing service! The tablet arrived two days after ordering, which is way quicker than the website originally said. The tech support team was also very helping and quick at replying to my emails.

The delivery time exceeded my expectations and I got my purchase in less than a week. Everything was super well packed and in pristine conditions. The screen tablet works wonderfully and stepped up the level of my art 200%. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Drawspots I.
