Got the tablet like after a week from ordering it, and I'm really satisfied anyway it's not my first time with a Huion tablet a real good tablet for the price, can't think about any reason to pay more for other brands

I am a student and need to finish my assignment for school with a drawing tablet this summer. I googled a lot about graphic tablet things and I found Huion. Before that I never expect such low price can graphic tablets be! After online chating with their very patient service person, I go for a H610PRO, which is one of their best sellers. It only took 5 days from China to me (I'm in Malaysia). And I love really this tablet, it is easy to set up and I got use to drawing on it very soon. Thank you Huion!

Purchased drawing tablet and the pen was broken. Contacted Huion to see what they could do and they told me I had to submit "video" proof of the device malfunctioning and try the latest driver. Only then would they "accept a refund". Of course I did. The tablet is useless to me with a non-working pen. I get an email back the next day from Huion asking me to "shop around" for shipping prices to china. It was an odd request, but I did. $140+ USD for shipping to China(for a $65 tablet). They told me that I NEEDED to pay for shipping and if they found out they found out the issue was "man-made" that I might not be able to get my return shipping payment back. After doing extensive research on the product I purchased. The malfunctioning pen is COMMON with these tablets. Poor quality control on Huion's part. Then they expect the customer to pay the return shipping. Sounds kind of scammy.
