Great experience, lovely customer service, amazing products!
My experience purchasing from this website was as close to flawless as can be. Shopping with it was smooth and simple, and the option to bundle together accessories with their computers and tablets at a discount was an especially appreciated feature. The website itself also completely lacks any third-party ads, which can often cause issues on other websites and make them less accessible to disabled people. It was very nice to see a website that wasn't covered in ads. My support experience went especially well, I had reached out to the company after a while of not receiving information on part of my order (my order was split into multiple shipments, I received the first part within 3 days!) and the customer service agent was put in contact with was a delight and a massive help. I was provided tracking information as soon as it was available, and we had a very pleasant exchange on the website's ticket system. The ticket system sends emails as well for each reply, ensuring that no updates will be missed by their customers. Everything has arrived safely, no damages and is functioning perfectly, with easy setup to boot. The packaging was discreet as well, which is something I was slightly worried about with purchasing from such a large and premium company. A part of me imagined that their shipping boxes could be obviously branded and practically yelling "I'm expensive! Steal me!", but that was not at all the case. The design of the items feel especially high quality and thoughtful, with a lot of extra items being included, such as art gloves, charging cords, an alternate model of pen/stylus, a very sturdy pen case which fits either pen model, and sticker sheets for labeling their customizable shortcut keypad, the Keydial K20. I could say more but I'm really not sure how long a review like this is supposed to be haha. I suppose I'll leave it here, with a TLDR: Great experience, lovely customer service, amazing products. :)
