I have used other Huion drawing tablets over the years and when it was time to upgrade to a display tablet it was to Huion I looked. What influenced me apart from the name I trust is that the model I chose is excellent value for my money, has free delivery and the company has an Australian office. The tablet is simple to use and has taken my art to another level.

I've ordered a Kamavs 13 on 1st December. I haven't yet received any email confirmation about my order at all. Can't find any contact phone number to call and asked about this. It was just lucky I screen shot the order information after buying the Kamavs 13

Hi Donald, We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. After checking, you can track the order through the link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=33FJV632034401000930302 We also have contacted FASTWAY Australia and they replied that due to the combined impact of insufficient manpower and the closure of freight railway lines in FASTWAY Australia, the delivery time for some areas has been delayed, especially for packages sent to Perth, it probably will be delayed two weeks. We would suggest you contact FASTWAY Australia directly at +61 2 8355 1956 to check when they can deliver the order? Hope you will get your package soon and enjoy it. Hoping for your kind understanding in this matter. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need further assistance. Have a great day! Best Regards, HUION Customer Support

Huion has happily taken money for a product ordered in November but the product never arrived. After sending a message to the customer service I've been told the product is out of stock and therefore hasn't been shipped yet. They will ship it once it's in stock again, but no one knows when that might be. Huion, I want my money back, as the product isn't in stock, I want a full refund, without you taking the 8% restocking fee. There's nothing to restock!! Please resolve the issue before I contact my bank, you're breaking so many customers protection rights

I ordered Kamvas Pro 22, order confirmed & payment was processed straight away. Three days later I received an email stating item was actually out of stock & would I accept an alternative which I agreed to. 10 days later I have no delivery, no confirmation order is on way, no tracking reference & no response from several emails sent to customer service. This is a Christmas present for my daughter ordered on 25th November with the website stating 2-6 days. Payment taken from me, no delivery & no customer service feedback.

The cord was absurdly short. It does not reach the back of my computer from my desk. I have to eventually buy an extension cord. Seemed like a hassle to return it and there weren't any longer cord options that I saw anyway. Not pleased. Very expensive for a 1m cord.

Hi Gemma Smith I am sorry to hear that the cord you purchased is too short. May I know what mode of the pen display you are using so that we can check if we are able to replace a longer USBC cable. We have contacted you through email, please kindly check. Waiting for your reply. Have a good day!

I bought a Huion Kamvas 16 and it arrived used, with the scratched screen as if someone had intentionally cracked it and without the accessories. It's terrible and the support doesn't do anything
