As a beginner, I wasn't sure what to excpetct, but the Kamvas 12 has exceeded all my expectations. Shipping was fast with no issues and drawing with the Kamvas 12 just feels great. The drawing area is rather small at 11.6 inches, but more than adequate for all the things I currently draw.

Beware, the 4k drawing tablet does not work smoothly with Clip Studio Paint... Lots of glitchy lines. I was told by Huion to set the resolution to 1080p... Defeats the purpose of getting a 4k display...

Hi Simon I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. It is possible that your computer is not powerful enough to work together with 4K. Rest assured that we will sort it out. Please kindly check your email. Best Regards, HUION Customer Support

Refund mode doesn't exist at Huion. Like you can't get an absolute full refund EVEN tho you didn't even receive the item! Not to mention that YOU have to even pay more for it than the refund would be. I bought a €350 tablet and they only want to return 20$. It's ridicolous. Plus the shipping fee is out of this world. Edit: The tablet arrived and I have paid for the shipping fees. Although the fees were very expensive the Kamvas 16 pro is extremely good it's a very excellent tablet. Everything is on point as it should be the pressure sensitivity is brilliant! So other than the fees I absolutely recommend getting this tablet.

Very good 10/10 - 16yo loves it and uses it for digital art connected to his PC and is impressed that it works in real time.

I bought the new Huion Inspiroy Giano. Delivered quickly. There were two problems after receiving the tablet. But the support was top notch. Everything resolved to my satisfaction.

There's currently no windows 11 driver support for the tablet I purchased. Kamvas 12 Pro. Only works some of the time, with a lot of driver installation and uninsallation. I've tried 4 drawing programs and again, the pen only draws *some* of the time. Hiuon support has been completely unhelpful and will only accept a return if I pay shipping and lost 8% restocking fee which is ridiculous given their product software is not up to date. 100% regret this purchase and will never buy from Huion again.

Ordered a replacement power supply for my Huion GT-220 which I use daily. (Power supply only failed due to me dropping it whilst moving equipment) Tracked from manufacturer right to my doorstep (takes a while due to the physical distance) Power supply is good quality and has my Huion back up and running in perfect working order. Excellent service and much cheaper than trying to order from UK suppliers. Perfect. Thank you.
