This company sucks. I placed an order with the wrong address and immediately told him to cancel it and they gave me the corporate middle finger and told me sorry Charlie all sales are final. Why would anyone ever behave like this?

The first 7 days were great, on day eight I felt pain and when I looked there was blood showing under the patch. I took the sensor off and tried to file a complaint. The AI chat bot is the most worthless thing in the world. They obviously do not care about offering support for this product. Even when I got a chat with a person they still got it wrong. The complaint form had standard questions with drop down answers and no ability to state what really happened. When it worked it was great, but then it didn't. Horrible customer service.

I was getting tired of the Libre CGM's constant alarms. So, I switched to the Dexcom Stelo (no alarms). $90 for 2 sensors/on insurance coverage via CVS/Dexcom. The first sensor was started on Monday. It failed within 5 hours. I requested a replacement. The online portal is very annoying. A chat bot...and when you log in you still have to provide all of the information to the bot and then again to the live person. Why even log in? What is the point if they don't have your information? And why give the information twice? I removed the failing sensor and put on the second one. So far, I have had a constant 'low' reading. Numbers below 70 and I did a finger test...I am not below 70. I have had this sensor on for 6 hours and now I am getting a note "Brief Sensor Issue, Wait 3 hours". Solid chance it has failed as well. I have had the libre for 3 years, a total of 72 sensors. I have had only 4 failed sensors in that time and immediate replacement with any issues. So, I think these Dexcom sensors are trash. I am awaiting a replacement sensor to try again. If I have any issues with this 3rd sensor, I am done with this brand. If you are thinking of switching, I strongly urge you not to waste your time, money and energy. Based on the other reviews, this company is well aware that the Dexcom Stelo is unreliable at best and a scam at worst. They will not refund your money no matter how many issues you have. This item should be removed from the market.

My sensor failed in only the second day. Worse, the automated customer service chat bot mandated that I enter a serial number before I could submit a service request (s/n is not printed on the sensor itself, and once I stuck it in my arm I no longer kept the packaging). This product is a nice idea, but at $50/unit I can’t afford to just swap out sensors after 2 days. Lousy/non-existent customer service really pissed me off.

Terrible product. Very difficult to stop one sensor and start the next. The app is faulty and does not read/pair the new sensor once installed. Also the online support is non-existent. I have had to figure out how to troubleshoot the product without assistance. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I have an Oura Ring and purchased 2 Stelo Glucose Biosensors compatible with the Oura app. The first one was defective so I filed a claim with Stelo and was supposed to get a replacement in the mail. When I received confirmation from Stelo that my package had been delivered “to a safe place” I was very frustrated. There were no packages from Oura, Amazon, or Stelo. The sensor replacement was fulfilled by Amazon according to emails sent to me however, NONE of my mail delivery notifications (Amazon, USPS, SHOP, Package Concierge ) confirmed that my package had arrived. I tried to reach out to Stelo and provided proof that no packages had been delivered. It is unknown if my emails were read by anyone in the customer service department. According to Stelo, and Stelo alone, the package was delivered so my claim was denied and they won’t be sending another replacement. Total cost of 2 biosensors $108.66. So I’m out $54.33. My fasting glucose levels were continually reading high and in the pre-diabetic range. I even went to have actual lab draws done due to my concerns of high fasting blood sugar. Once the labs came back and from continually checking my blood glucose with a finger stick, I found that dexcom Stelo was reading 10 to 20 points higher at varying times throughout the day. I understand a little discrepancy but this was significant and what is the point of tracking your blood sugar if the numbers are this far off? I also have been unable to get a hold of anyone in customer service to discuss this issue. This is a terrible product with terrible customer service.

One out of four sensors that I had received worked. Their customer service was helpful, but a bit slow and delayed in their responses. One of the devices wouldn't pair at all with my phone and two lasted 3-5 days. Whether or not the readings were accurate is difficult to tell without comparing the readings with a valid source, but I could see changes with specific things that I consumed. The product just doesn't work and at $25 a device, getting a 75% failure rate makes these not worth the hassle.
