Good afternoon! I am a diabetes nurse educator. My brother was told that he had prediabetes. I had gotten a Stelo biosensor from a conference I attended. I gave it to my brother. I showed my brother how to app the sensor & put the app on his phone. My brother saw how different foods raised his blood sugar. His A1C dropped for the 8s to the 6's. He decided to keep buying the biosensor after the one I gave him ran out. My brother's wife was also able to see how foods raised his blood sugar. She gave him smaller portions of food. I am a fan of Stelo. I also use Dexcom G7 with my Tandem insulin pump. Thank you for your products.

First, I understand why people might have an issue with Stelo because I have been using this for 7 months and this past month is the FIRST time it's worked the entire time for me. First of all, follow the instructions to put it on exactly. Be sure your skin is clean and oil free because that will make the adhesive lose it's stickiness. Once you have it one, immediately use a GOOD CGM cover. Make sure it's waterproof and apply it immediately. Follow those instructions exactly as well. I know that all of the issues I was having with my Stelo MUST have been due to me not covering it with a waterproof CGM cover because now, I have not had any issues at all for the last couple months and in 7 months, I've never kept one on for the whole 15 days. They always gave out or lost BT connection. Once I started covering it, not a single issue.

I'm 3 1/2 weeks in to using Stelo. On my second Stelo CGM. For me it's all been positive. I haven't had any problems and haven't had to reach out to customer service. I I love having the feedback. I'm learning so much. It's life changing for me. And, the best part is that I didn't feel the insertion at all either time. I've already bought another month's worth. I only wish they were cheaper. If they were, I'd keep using them for a longer period of time. Also I found it definitely easier having someone else do the insertion and taping. It was challenging to do it all by myself.

Great customer service. If I have an issue, they ship me a new device with a few days. One the subscription plan, so they ship me two devices a month. Very happy with service. Has helped me keep my numbers down and stay on track.

Works perfectly! I’ve never used a device like this before. I ordered it, followed the directions and it has worked flawlessly. This is a game changer. Being able to see real-time results after I had eaten was quite an eye-opener. Especially for foods that I thought were good or ok for me to eat. I would highly recommend this product. I’ve read all the reviews. It appears many of the bad reviews deal with shipping delays or improper use of the device when putting it on your arm. I haven’t needed customer service so I can’t comment on that.

I have been using the Stelo CGM for the past three months and they have been incredible for me! The device is super easy to put on and link to a smartphone, allowing me to set at a close up my blood glucose levels and ensure that they are in range. The notifications that I get on my phone have been instrumental to helping me make healthier decisions, which have helped me overcome prediabetes. I have also been able to gain valuable insights from the device and am able to review my blood sugar readings for the past 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days. This past Sunday, my previous biosensor stopped working and I reached to the customer service team to receive support. After filling out a questionnaire, they quickly shipped out a replacement CGM to me which arrived at my home on Tuesday (less than 48 hours after my CGM stopped working). This quick turnaround ensured that I was able to get a replacement monitor quickly that I can use to continue tracking my blood sugar.
