Unreliable Readings/Device Does Not Work - Zero Customer Service
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. My sensor failed after 2 days. You cannot call them - no customer service tactic. You have to speak with chatbots who do not help you. I was told no replacement device would be sent to me. They did not honor the warranty for the device. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Dexcom does not stand behind their Stelo product
I bought a two pack Stelo by Dexcom. It was fairly simple to set up through my Android phone. I can't advise regarding the accuracy of the data, but it did give me valuable, if slow, information.
The concern I have is that the first sensor stopped working after 3.5 days. Even though the application had the serial number, once it stops working you can no longer access the serial number. This becomes a problem after you manage the customer support hurdles, which are high and often.
Customer support is via a chatbot which does not work on my Android phone. It makes the website and support unusable. After getting through the chatbot via my old ipad, every time i asked to be provided human support (which their post install email advises to do if the sensor stops working), it routed me to a FAQ page which tells you you need to ask for human support.
I got their phone number and called in and after some effort (they do not want to know what isn't working) a rep was able to lead me through to getting online human support. I spent 45 minutes with the human support and filled out a lot of forms. The human assured me that even though I could no longer access the serial number, I could still get a replacement.
I completed all the forms and was advised i would receive a response in 1 o2 business days. 5 business days later I got an email that says:
"We have completed our investigation into Case ID 1-04903889 and are unable to validate your product issue. At this time, we will not be issuing a replacement sensor. "
What I learned:
Dexcom knows they have a product that malfunctions a lot.
Dexcom knows that the application they developed drops the required data needed to get a replacement, but does not provide a way to access that data ever again.
The Dexcom app uses the camera to snap a picture of the serial number as part of the set up, but it does not save the picture, so do not rely on the system to have a picture of the serial number when you actually need it.
Bottom line. I would advise everyone to steer clear of the Stelo product since Dexcom does not stand behind the product and makes support very difficult and time consuming.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
it if works you're ok. If the senor breaks there are ZERO HUMANS to help and terrrible chatbot that only lets you reply with curated answers. You will not be able to get service from a live person for 2 days min and it'll be via email. Spend more money and go with another provider that actually supports it products!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service/product ever
Worst customer service/product ever. The Stelo description says it give "24/7 Glucose Readings." It does not give glucose readings. When we attempted to return it, the customer service interactions were rude and repetitive. After numerous phone calls, we got billed a second month and went through the same useless process. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THE STELO.

Stelo doesn't work
Stelo comes with two arm monitors. My first one worked fine. The second one did not work and Stelo would not replace or reimburse for it. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. Use the other guy. Stelo does not deserve your business because they have poor business practices.

sensor was a lemon
I've been using Stelo for about a year and have had a handful of bad sensors during that time. In the past, they replaced them without any issues.
My most recent sensor was different. From day one, it mostly flat-lined and didn't reflect my normal glucose patterns, even after eating. It also stopped reporting data any at times. After two days, I removed it and inserted a new sensor.
I contacted Stelo and had to follow up multiple times. I even spoke with a supervisor who said the claim would be resubmitted. After all that, I received an email saying the replacement was denied because the sensor was determined to be working correctly.
I don't understand how they reached that conclusion. Anyone looking at the data can see the sensor wasn't functioning properly.
At $50 per sensor, I expect a company to stand behind its product when it fails. The sensor failures are always frustrating, but the refusal to replace it has caused me to lose confidence in Stelo. I won't be continuing with them.

The Sensors and Customer Service Suck!
Unfortunately I have had the same bad experience as others. The sensors stop working sometimes after a week, sometimes after an hour and essentially, there is no customer service. If you have a hour or two you can figure out how to contact customer service and then they send you questionnaires that you have to fill out with excruciating details! If you weren't upset that the sensor died you will be when you try do deal with the so called support.

Terrible company with malfunctioning…
Terrible company with malfunctioning sensors. For a while the best thing I could say about Stelo is that they quickly sent me replacement sensors when I had one with inaccurate readings, until they decided to stop sending me replacement sensors. At this point I've had more sensors give innaccurate readings than accurate ones. I should have looked at the low TrustPilot score before deciding to try these Stelo sensors. I tried asking support for help to make sure I'm applying the sensors in the right place on my arm or otherwise applying them properly. Never heard back. It wasn't too bad when they would just keep replacing the faulty sensors, though frustrating. But when they stop replacing the faulty sensors, they go from a frustrating waste of money to a complete and utter waste of money. Don't even expect support to be helpful at all. Any company that can't offer any kind of refund or quality support should be avoided.
