Dear Dale, We would like to clarify what occurred with your Brilliant Birthday Blooms order. This purchase had to be canceled because the recipient's delivery address was located outside the active coverage area of our local partner florist network. We never hold customer funds for unfulfilled deliveries. While your full reimbursement was issued immediately at the time of cancellation, our billing team has manually re-pushed the refund transaction through our payment gateway today to ensure complete clearance across banking systems. Please allow standard financial processing timelines for your card issuer to reflect the credited balance on your statement. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team

Dear Nancy, We want to address your review regarding the Enchanting Garden Bouquet purchase. The order had to be voided because local routing constraints and cutoff limits prevented our partner flower shop from completing the arrangement safely within the same-day delivery window. When same-day fulfillment is no longer feasible, our protocol is to cancel the transaction right away so customer funds are freed up immediately. The complete refund was finalized through our billing platform right upon cancellation. Best regards, Starluck Flowers Team
