Starluck FlowersReviews of starluckflowers.com

Great personal interaction to make sure the order is correct! Best service from a florist i have had!

Great customer service from Patrick, he was quick, informative and helpfuly. the website was also very user friendly

Really efficient, great customer service. Quick response, very kind.

I ordered for my friend who just had surgery and they emailed 10 minutes after the order saying the order was cancelled and I would get a refund. I never got a refund but reported them to my credit card company as a fake agency. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will take your money.

I appreciated the detailed follow-up, and the people I spoke with at Starluck were very helpful.

Name: Robin Washington Order #826304 I ordered flowers on 9/15. Received an email confirmation stating that they’ve accepted the order. “We will capture the payment when your order is prepared.” Immediately received another email informing me that that the florist cannot deliver and that they’ve cancelled my order and that I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days. I emailed on 10/1 saying I haven’t received refund. They said they’re working on it. Emailed again on 10/8. They’re still working on it. I called on 10/14. They said 2 days, 3 at the latest. I called today. They said 2 days, 3 at the latest. I’m looking into what actions I can take.

Do NOT order flowers from this “company.” This is a SCAM. They will cancel your order and still take your money without delivering any services. Then they won’t reimburse your money back. Every time I’ve called, they say they “processed” the refund and it will be on my card in a couple business days..it’s been three months and I’ve called five times!! I am reporting them to my bank, to the BBB, the FTC, and the FBI crime center!! And starluck flowers: don’t reply trying to say it is due to my financial institution. This is the same excuse you give everyone. I’ve already called my bank and they said your company never processed any refund!! You guys are F-N crooks and I cannot wait until your a*s is sitting behind bars

I was happy to purchase from a local flowershop for our event. The experience online was easy. Patrick followed up with a phone call to verify my purchase. They are there to help.
