We bought the first collar (Omni version) in 2023, since that time the collars have failed three times. They replaced it under warranty with no issues in 2023, then it failed after a software update in 2024 and they wanted us to pay $500 for a refurbished collar, after much back and forth they did send me a new one, but only after appealing to the senior management directly. It has again failed in early 2026. They want us to pay the $500 again for a refurbished unit because it is "unrepairable" I have training collars that are 20 years old that still work (with battery replacement) this is ridiculous. A $1300 (original purchase price) dog training collar should last more than a year. That isn't even taking into account the numerous times i was on the phone with support to fix issues, usually after a software or firmware update. The other issue- when it fails you have no idea, your dog is just gone, the collar seems fine, but it isn't.

I can honestly say this GPS dog collar has been life-changing for both me and my dog. I saved up for a while before buying it and was really nervous it wouldn’t live up to the price. I was skeptical it would actually work, especially for my situation, but it absolutely does. I have a senior rescue who spent over a decade in an outdoor cage. Because of that, he would bolt every chance he got. I couldn’t blame him, but it made it really hard (and scary) to give him freedom. I always dreamed of letting him run off-leash and just enjoy being a normal dog for the rest of his life, but I truly didn’t think it would ever be possible. This collar made it possible. The training process does take time and consistency, but it’s very straightforward and completely worth it. Once he understood it, everything changed. Now he can safely explore, run, and just be a dog- and I have peace of mind. This product didn’t just meet my expectations- it exceeded them. It gave my dog a second chance at freedom, and that means everything to me. If you’re on the fence, I was too, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

We like the product. It is easy to use and we can take it anywhere.

It works good when it has signal

Easy to set up click and go ability with your dog. Saves the hassle of buried wires. The app is easy to navigate. I do with the battery last a bit longer in the collar.

So far I am very pleased with the collar, The pre training seemed to be the key to success.
