Great people to do business with

Im sorry but i don’t recommend it.

It started out great however, the unit is not holding a charge and we couldn't use it on Friday. It was not connecting to the wi fi. The issues has not been fixed yet but kudo's to Spot-on for the quick response. I am supposed to get a new unit tomorrow, and the rep is going to figure out what happened.

We are new to SpotOn and so far they have been super helpful. They respond quickly to our questions and always are able to answer questions we have.

Our experience with SpotOn has been amazing so far. The installation went smoothly and the entire team has been so helpful. I’ve called the help desk and they help walk me through an issue.

We are so happy to have found SpotOn. This company is all about helping businesses to meet their full potential. From my sales representative to all of the other representatives that have helped me through the process it’s been mind blowing. We are looking forward to many years with this amazing company.

This is a great service, or Rep Chris Monaghan does a great job taking care of the 1 small issue while we were learning and not Spoton problem, since then no problems for a year, as we use this in our food truck. Only complaint is the hand held is too hard to scroll through all the items to select and there should be an option to have a "Touch Pad" type screen to mount on the counter for a mobile unit application with out having to purchase a full expensive restaurant system. Even if it could be a piggy back to the hand held unit for the processing that could be plugged into. Your competitors have better hardware options like this..... otherwise awesome company!!!!

The organization and employees are "Spot On!" Great setup, service and implementation. Looking forward to using the platform daily. Again the employees have gone above and beyond to accommodate all our needs in a POS. Will report back. Thanks for everything!
