SpotOnReviews of spoton.com

As a Merchant I swaped with Spoton recently for all the features that they can offer. I can tell that the service provided by Ivan M was exceptional and helped us out to configure everything for the terminal. I am very pleased and excited to continue working with Spoton.🤩🤩

We had a technical issue that caused our system to go down for a couple of hours on a very busy day. SpotOn worked diligently to get the issue resolved and maintained communication throughout the entire process. The next day, Chris Jones called to personally make sure that all of our POS systems were back up and running smoothly and was able to negotiate subscription fee credits and waivers on our behalf. SpotOn handled this issue efficiently and effectively.

Michael milios is my spoton savior! I have 5 locations and he always is available for questions and issues. Michael is more knowledgeable then the call in tech support by far! If Michael wasn't my support rep I probably wouldn't have made it this long with spoton!

Annie Kamrin is amazing! She is very professional and prompt to help with anything I need. Always ready to answer any questions I have and if she can't help me directly-she will contact the right department. She goes above and beyond to check in and help in any way she can.

They are a company of thieves and liars. They will make changes to your contract without telling you. And when you request a copy of your contract they refuse to give it to you and give you the run around telling you that someone will contact you with it and they never do. All while they keep taking your money every month. THE RATES THEY OFFER AT SIGN UP ARE LIES. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DONT FALL FOR THE FALSE RATES. ONCE THEY START CHARGING YOU ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM TO STOP EVEN THOUGH ITS SUPPOSEDLY A MONTH TO MONTH DEAL. Dont believe the good reviews. They are fake or they are from customers who just signed up and received an incentive for leaving a good review. If someone walks into your business offering this service kick them out as quick as possible and thank me later!

Jessica DiStefano is such an awesome worker. She is always willing to fix things and help add any features we need. Whenever I need something she is the one I call!! She is very knowledgeable about her job. Couldn't get through my day without her help!

I continually have an excellent experience working with Jason Kim on setting up our point of sale system for the sushi restaurant I work at. Jason's expertise and professionalism is outstanding. He took the time to understand our needs and tailored the point of sale system accordingly. His clear explanations made the process smooth, and his customization ensured our operations were seamless. Jason's commitment to our success and his availability for support are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Jason Kim for his exceptional service and expertise in this field.

I am a new subscriber to Spot On. I switched over from a different POS system and with any transition of this size there are bound to be some hiccups along the way. I just wanted to take a moment to mention the amazing service I received from a technician I spoke with yesterday. When I redieved a call from Spot On, I assumed it was going to be a specialty tech that would help me with one or two tweaks that needed to be made. Ivan Monroy spent over an hour on the phone with me, helping me to fine tune and dial in every single issue I was having with the new system. He was patient, informative and all around fun to chat with. Amazing customer service a a huge benefit to the Spot On organization. Gave me his direct contact info for any future issues as well. Could not be happier with the service I recieved.
