SpotOn can do a LOT - so much that it often feels overwhelming when I want to do something or make changes. We received great personalized training for the backend of the POS (which I deal with more often that the customer-facing side), and the company and our rep, Jonathan Smith, are always easy to contact and quick to respond when I have questions or need to learn to do something new. I can't now think of anything that we've wanted to do that the SpotOn team hasn't found a way for us to do. SpotOn also helped us through the initial setup and switch from a different POS to theirs - which was huge.
