Patrick Fitzgerald picked up our mutual client's account and fixed outstanding issues that had gone through other individuals without being corrected. He listened to the issues and communicated findings and solutions. He followed up with progress. He was professional, very responsive and got what was asked done timely. Greatly appreciate his help! I ordered from a restaurant in Clearwater, Fl. I showed up at the restaurant at the time I said I would pick up my order. The restaurant never got my order sent to them. I paid for the order with my bank debit card and when I got on my bank website, Spot on drafted my checking account for the amount of the order. The draft had an 877 number which I called and it connected me to Spot On. I explained my situation and the guy on the phone argued with me and said that I had to ask the restaurant for the refund, I told him again that the restaurant never received the order. He told me that they weren't responsible and hung up on me. I was very upset, terrible customer service. I ended up calling my bank and explained what happened and they removed the charge but my bank did confirm that the charge was from Spot On. My opinion is Spot On is not so spot on and I will never engage in this service again! Scammers!
