Jonathan Smith is truly an expert in his field. When I have had any POS issues in the past, most of the time you never know if you will get someone that can actually assist or if they are simply filling a chair. Jonathan helped me implement the Start-A tab program and after working with him, I realized he was an expert in his field. I will most likely not be calling anyone else for assistance in the future. Give this man a raise!!

During a recent restaurant consulting job I worked exclusively with Jonathan Smith. The Spoton POS was in need of updates and reprogramming and it was causing significant issues for the business. Jonathan was extremely helpful and accommodating with helping me through process. 5 stars for his professional and accommodating approach!

Jonathan Smith is probably the single reason we still use Spoton. While the platform itself creates a lot of frustrations, its about as useful as other POS in its systems. What distinguishes it from other operating systems is the quality of (most) of the folks they hire to help.

Terrible customer service. I have been dealing with an issue for two months. First no response at all, then multiple responses from different support lines with different case numbers and different info. The case was supposedly resolved (it was not) and closed. When I've tried to follow up, I have been ghosted. Worst experience ever.

SpotOn has been a great improvement for us from our last point of sale company! We were able to fully implement online ordering for our cafe with SpotOn and that has been HUGE for us and our customers! Things naturally happen from time to time that we don't know how to handle, or fix, or program; and that's when Jon comes in to save the day! He's helped us through any issues/questions/confusions we've faced to date and I know he'll be there to get us through any hiccups in the future. Its the one-on-one help that he provides that makes this business shine above the rest as far as we are concerned.
