Dennis is very knowledgable. He was able to figure paths that weren't previously thought about. He was also able to fix an issue( within 30 minutes) that others could not. Excellent job. I know I still need his help finishing the rest of the things I need during the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to working with him again.

Roger was able to show me what I needed to see. I missed the start time probably due to Central vs. Eastern problem but he called me and we were able to get it done in the time available. Thank you!

SpotOn has been great for my small cafe. I really like the customizable features and the customer support has been outstanding. We have a restaurant success manager, Jennifer, who is super responsive as well as our sale rep, Jake, who will always come in to help with any questions or training for my team. I highly recommend!

Chris Joes is awesome. Really helps me with my reports!

Spot on is a great company. When I need help with anything, Shura Boz is always there to help. I mean, he has spent hours on the phone guiding me to where I want to be or working with me to learn the dashboard. He’s honestly the most professional person I have EVERRRRRR worked with and I’m so glad he was assigned to me. I lucked out. Shura is knowledgeable, quick to get back to you, and patient.

Jonathan smith always accessible and willing to resolve any concerns we may have- asset to your company - Thank you. I
