They shipped my costume via fed ex who list it snd they refuse to gove me my money back or get me a new costume.Thdy just stole my money and said screw you. I will never ever spend another dime hete.

I was expecting pick up… I found it strange they didn’t give me a time but I waited patiently since it said it would be same day. I still have no idea if my order is being made at the store or if they’re shipping it from a different store to the one I plan to pick up from. There’s also no way to cancel the order so I have to wait for it to be ready to then return it. The system is horrible as there should be an expected time it arrives so I at least have an idea of when to get it. This was for a school event and I’m still unsure if it’ll arrive in time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Website said free shipping over $40. It was not automatically applied, you had to enter a code (which is a shady business practice in itself). I called twice to get my shipping refund and they acted like they were getting a manager for me and just left me on hold. Not a good business model to screw over your customers who spend 100s of dollars with you just to scam you out of $20. Shop at Home Depot or Lowes if possible.

I tried to return an item that I only opened and tried on for a moment but it was way too big and then I go in to return it and they claimed that I had opened the accessories. I hadn’t. And they claimed I had worn the outfit and I had only just tried it on and my feet barely reached the knees of the suit. It seemed it was made for some 6ft man. I walked in and she even said that the person at the counter shouldn’t have even sold that costume to me just based on the size. This place is literally the worst. Customer service, prices, quality. No thanks. I think certain employees allow people to return items and just put the item back on the shelf and don’t indicate that item has been returned. Then if someone else buys it the new person can’t return it soiled or opened even though it was the previous employee that allowed the return. This is not a place I will ever go again. Good thing brick and mortar stores are going away. Hopefully spirit Halloween is one of them. Amazon has a way better return policy.

Went to the Stroudsburg location and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We found everything we needed for this Halloween season!!

This place is ridiculous. I have an animatronic that I bought a few years ago. And it just stopped working. So I reached out to customer service thru email and got multiple people respond to me Vivian L, Shapria R, Ashley A, Makkah M, Antoinette M. They didn't help me they gave me the runaround and then after everything I did they then said they can't help me because they don't have replacement parts. Also after that they wanted me to do more work for nothing. Be careful buying anything from them they will sell you garbage and do nothing to help. DON'T TRUST THEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE

SCAM ALERT ! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wished that I had read the reviews before placing my order. I placed an online order on 8/28/26 to be delivered to my PO BOX then on 8/31/26 I recieved a text message and email that my package has been delivered by FedEx which was a lie. I checked the FedEx app and it said that my package was delivered in ocala Fl not even the city that I live in and my online order clearly stated my post office box address and number and town then I called customer service 8/31/26 the same day the package claimed to have been delivered but not much help by the representative who barely speak English she said wait five days then we'll go from there concerning my package, then I called on 9/3/26 and a male representative who also barely speak clear English told me that he see where my package was shipped and delivered to the wrong address/location another city and it's not my city address and he said that it would be reshipped so far the spirt halloween website is saying that there is know order it can't be found and I can't seem to find any reshipped information or anything on the FedEx delivery app either even though I was provided a new order confirmation notification and order number which this company says that this item has been shipped, what a mess this company is it's my first time and last time ever ordering from this disorganized deceptive website with overseas global representatives who doesn't speak clear English and appears to not fit the standards of a representative, I will soon contact my bank for a charge back of none delivery and misleading information by this useless company no more giving me the run around and playing games and they have my money and didn't deliver what I paid for ....
