There very kind when I was returning my costume even though they didn’t have to because I opened the accessories pack and tried to scan the emote.

I will absolutely never order anything or buy from Spirit Halloween again. I returned two separate packages over a month ago and didn't see anything about a refund so I finally decided to chat. I provided the tracking information from the post office and was told a refund would be issued 7-21 business days from TODAY. the rep confirmed that I wouldn't have been refunded at all if I wouldn't have said anything

I ordered online, when the item came on October 14th it did not fit. I immediately went to return. Fed Ex showed it not being delivered. I contacted customer service that day and they refused to help me return. So I wait a day or two and go back. Now THey tell me I have missed the return window!!!!! CROOKS!!!

It is a good thing I researched whether I could get the "Crackle the Clown" animatronic before Halloween. I discovered that the reason these weren't being sold in boxes is that the entire item was recalled back in August. Instead of pulling them entirely, corporate allowed stores to keep the malfunctioning displays on the floor until Halloween. Spirit Halloween has been putting customers on a waiting list to buy these exact display props at the end of the season. They completely failed to mention that if you buy one, you are paying for a known defective, recalled item that comes with absolutely no warranty and no return policy. Be very careful buying displays here—they are knowingly selling broken, recalled merchandise without disclosing it to customers.

Beware of purchasing online. Customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. They have cut me off on live chat several times while trying to get assistance.

pricing issue on floor and different at register. store manager was not helpful for incorrect price. I will shop elsewhere now. It's all overpriced low quality merchandise from China.

Had everyone lining up outside for an insane amount if time due to imaginary capacity rules. The store was empty! Dont waste your time!

And unfortunately, yet another one-star review. This company is truly incredibly bad. I’ve been waiting for a response for 16 days now, despite sending multiple reminders. My last reminder was sent 10 days ago—including to the email address that keeps popping up here on Trustpilot—yet nothing has happened. It looks like that email address is just a fake one intended to pacify customers. Spirit Halloween clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction, so in the future, I’ll shop where I actually get good service. Companies like this simply ought to go out of business; they have no place in the market. Response to the answer of spirithalloween: Exactly this is waht I wrote, it is just a BS response to show a fake interest to satisfy customers. If you want to have a nightmare experince for Halloween....... just try to get a good service of them and then you know the meening of Halloween.
