If I could give zero stars, I would. I witnessed a very alarming video of your Grand Rapids Michigan store employees accusing an African American woman of stealing a bag that she had already paid for ON LIVE CAMERA a week prior. The pathetic part of it all is that she ENTERED the store wearing the bag! If your employees were PAYING ATTENTION instead of being too busy racially profiling folks, this entire situation could have been avoided. This situation caused this woman unnecessary embarrassment due to the incompetency of your staff. This is disgusting and deplorable I will never shop here!!!

Accused a african American of stealing something that she paid for. Get an attorney and file a lawsuit. You can not Accuse someone of stealing inside of a store. I will never shop at that store.

The Pits. Wouldn't let u try on b4 buying. No refund policy. Hard core marketing tactics....demand email Addy and phone #. Wanted me donate to chataties I have never heard of. When I wouldn't give them the marketing info they refused to sell to me. So I walked out

I think it’s sooo important to not just review companies when things go wrong, but to also acknowledge when a company gets it right and offers great customer care! I love Spirit Halloween and the annual trek there to look at all the Halloween goodies. However, their website has *a lot* of really great stuff that you can’t get in the stores! Everyone knows most of the bagged costumes Spirit and other stores sell aren’t very high quality, but their sweatshirts, tees, cross body bags, press-on nails, and many decor items are fantastic. I recently placed an order and received the package within just a couple of days; unfortunately, one of the items was incorrect (was supposed to be a sweatshirt and was sent a prop knife instead). The customer service team member I spoke with was very friendly and super responsive, and I was immediately shipped out the correct item. You can DM them on twitter or instagram, use the live chat feature on their site, or call their customer service number to get help. I really appreciate how quickly my issue was corrected! I love Spirit and can’t wait for Halloween 🎃

Guess they are slipping more I spend 2000.a season I went to tilton nh store today nothing and both sales girls were to busy on there phone to ask if we needed anything. We left with 300. Purchase be wary the stuff in this store was old. No new stuff Lowes has way better stuff this year done with them horror dome here I come.

None of the animatronics I have bought from Spirit have lasted more than 3 years! Do not spend hundreds of dollars on something that will work for maybe 24 hours of use time! I’ve owned 5 different ones, finally learned my lesson!

We took my 2 year old in to the paducah ky store. She is potty trained. She said she had to pee and the customer service girl told us they did not have a public bathroom. Like really? You couldnt let my toddler pee on your toilet? So we left without purchasing our family costumes.

Completely ripping Canadians off on shipping. Shipping to the states is free on an animatronic. In 2021 I used to pay $27.99 to ship an animatronic to Canada. This year it’s $140 for a 10 pound animatronic. I sent 3 emails and nobody responds. SCAMMERS
