price hike is a bit much, shipping time use to be 1 day now it's almost 2 weeks. kind of disappointed..!

Shipping date keeps getting moved back…
Shipping date keeps getting moved back farther and farther. You act like this is not important, but it is as my old cushion is breaking down and now I starting to develop a pressure sore. This is due to no new cushion on the original date. I was not talking about the ROHO Cushion, I was talking about the Jay-2 Deep Contour Cushion order in the end of May 2022. 1st delivery date 6/30/2022 2nd date 7/28/2022 3rd date supposedly 8/30/2022???? Next time make sure you get the right order!

SMOOTH VERY CLEAR AND SIMPLE ORDERING FORMS. PLUS THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND COUPONS. THEY SAVED ME ABOUT 500 DOLLARS BY GOING WITH THEM AND NOT AMAZON. MY EXPERIENCE TOOK 360 DEGREE TURN ITD HAS BEEN 6 WORKING DAYS AND HAS HEARD NOTHING ABOUT MY ITEM. I CONTACTED GLS THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY, AND THEY TOLD ME THE TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. I CALLED BACK TO SPINlIFE AND GET A RECORDING TELLING ME ITS BEEN SHIPPED THEN HANGS UP ON ME.
