Less Expensive Option Cost Never Provided
Over a year ago, I contacted service/parts for a quote on replacement arm pads for a three-year-old Helio A6. I followed up numerous times and never got a quote. I finally heard from someone that they were waiting on a quote from their supplier. Never heard another word. Fast forward to now and Chat-GPT gets me a parts catalog. I request a quote to completely replace both arms of the chair. This quote come back quickly. $370 for both. I then ask for just the arm pads AND provide the part numbers and zero response for over two weeks. At this point, I just coughed up the $370 for two complete arm replacements since the arm pads have been bad for way too long.

Shipping is slow
The website was easy to navigate as I was reordering replacements for previously purchased items. Costs for the wheelchair cushion reasonable, however cover for it almost cost as much as the cushion. Nearly a month before they can even ship the items which is a bit frustrating for someone in need.

Service Tech and Sales Rep have yet to get back to me…
Service Tech has yet to get back to me about warranty work/replacement of my not yet 5 month old GT Buzzaround EX. In lieu of that I again ordered a new mobility scooter but Sales customer service rep did not return calls/chat/etc contacts re product questions. After 4 scooter purchases in 4 years I may need to change supplier. I want to be loyal…..but….

Easy to fold but heavy.
Easy to fold & unfold. Not very light weight. I’ll have to get others to load & unload it. So far everything is good.

Not quick enough
I realize you made an effort to get in touch with us during this holiday. But my concern for my husband’s well being and health is the upmost importance. He is completely paralyzed and HE needs the dolphin bed to work. This isn’t getting done quickly

I paid extra for overnight delivery on Saturday, only to find out that it will not be shipped out until Wednesday. I want it shipped on Monday, for me to receive on Tuesday.

I'm still waiting for lift to ship
I'm still waiting for lift to ship. Order shows "expected ship date" was 2 days ago. The sling is expected to arrive today but it's not very useful without a lift.
