I have found the prices thru spinlife…
I have found the prices thru spinlife are lower than most and I really appreciate that since I am on a fixed income and will probably have to purchase a stair lift. I notice that I can make payments on this purchase and really appreciate this.

Be advised your order may be significantly delayed. The day after my order, I received notice that my order would be delayed a month and a half! If I had known that I would have bought from another company!
Response from SpinLife.comJul 27, 2022
Dear John, We are sorry that the shipment of your order is being delayed. These delays are due to the global supply chain issues some of our manufactures are facing. Please provide your SpinLife order number or reach out to our customer care team so that we can review your order for a possible solution. Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business.

Customer service needs more access
I would have liked to have known it was backordered before the expected ship date and customer service doesn't seem to have access to updating customers when we call, but it did arrive 1 week ahead of new expected ship date. Now I have it. It was a breeze to assemble and I am ready to see outside again.
Response from SpinLife.comJul 27, 2022
Dear Deb, We do apologize that the shipment of your order was delayed due to the global supply chain issues that our manufacturers are facing. Our merchandising team works closely with them to obtain shipping delays and updates as quickly as we can so that we can update our customer service team and our customers. We are very happy that you are enjoying your new Golden Technologies Buzzaround scooter. We consider you a valued customer and hope that you will consider SpinLife for any of your future mobility needs.

I ordered a cushion online
I ordered a cushion online, it appeared to go through w/o notification or issue, payment taken. I was notified the next day that the cushion would not ship for two months. I should have been notified that this was not in stock before taking my order/payment. I am not happy
Response from SpinLife.comJul 25, 2022
Dear Jay, Thank you for your online purchase of the Jay Basic cushion. We are sorry that you are not completely happy with your purchase experience. The main product page on our website for this item does show that it will ship in 15 to 30 business days.
