The ordering process is easy and clear
The ordering process is easy and clear. Two of the items (wheelchair and cushion) arrived within a week of my order, the third item took two weeks. I am still waiting for one item that was scheduled to ship on 8/15 but is still back ordered. I suggest you add a tracking function to the order summary on your web site.

Spinlife never has scooters on hand to…
Spinlife never has scooters on hand to ship. The website doesn’t explain that scooters are not available for a month or more out until after you have made the purchase.
