Too Small
I talked with a rep on the phone and gave him my height. I trusted him to order the correct size chair for me. However, the chair I got is too small. When I am in the reclining position, my arms cannot rest on the armrests. I love the fact that I can adjust the chair to any position that helps with my back pain, but I hate that the chair is too small.

Judith - I am sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with the chair you purchased. While we do have return policies, we would have been willing to work with you on solving this problem if you would have contacted us upon receipt and initial use.
