Two stars because sale person lied to…
Two stars because sale person lied to me. I was told scooter is in stock. It will ship within two days of receiving money. I wired money on 8/19. Therefore you got it on 8/20. I did check my account, you got the money!! Supposedly scooter is shipping 8/28. Despite my limited education, I am confidant it has been more then two days!!! I am a little hesitant on submitting this review one day before shipping. Will you ship on 28th??? Will you retaliate against me by canceling order or ship sometime in September? At this point I still want the scooter but if you cancel order just let me know, I do make frequent trips to KC & Wichita area.

SPINLIFE did well
SPINLIFE did well. If the rest of the experience had gone as well, 5 stars, easily. The problem is it was delivered by South Eastern Freight lines to a local store, who will be doing the setup. The information I was given (in an email from SEFL) was that the appointment would be today. I waited all day and did not even receive a call. I called SEFL, was told the number of where it was delivered, called them and they said it was received today, there was never an appointment for today. This complete failure in communication (which seems to be the fault of SEFL) ruined the experience. I would suggest Spinlife look for a different delivery service.

I ordered a seat cushion cover on April…
I ordered a seat cushion cover on April 1st and never heard anything else from you besides the original order confirmation. After two weeks, I called today, and a nice lady told me that the order had been back-ordered and that Spinlife will hopefully receive it tomorrow and only then ship it to me. I just wish you could have told me right after I ordered it that it was back-ordered and would take so long.

Very risky ordering a custom…
Very risky ordering a custom lightweight wheelchair as there are no returns allowed. You are risking a lot based on a chair that you may have never even had the opportunity to try.

To minimize that risk, we recommend working closely with your clinician or mobility specialist to confirm measurements, weight capacity, and any features you need before placing the order. Issues placing online order
Major problems with your website, could not get financing i wanted, after I did what was required never could get it to update. Finally set up order online using my credit card. Now cant see shipping info because as soon as I try, a chat during original order pops back up and obscures the page. Looking forward to getting new scooter but ordering process has been a nightmare.
