Called for a quote
Called for a quote. Was promised a call back when you got the quote but never got called back. Also the tires I ordered did not arrive when they said they would. The shipping date was pushed back to Nov 21. Not good.

The vast majority of our orders ship on time and we partner very closely with our suppliers on all orders running late. The side guards that you requested a quote for are no longer offered by Sunrise Medical. Waiting to see
The only reason I put three stars, is that I recently purchased a Feather Chair and until I receive it, can't tell you how it is. Secondly, Several months ago I order a Feather Power chair which seemed fine until yesterday. Suddenly the rear wheels are locked up and it won't charge.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. The only problem I have is after the sale I didn't get any email from spinlife about how my product is and if I received it on time and if I was happy with my purchase. I just hope that the extra warranties that I bought will be honored through spinlife.

WOW so fast!
Scooter batteries started dying Monday. Ordered new ones Wednesday. Shipped Thursday. Received Friday. Can't get any better than that!!!!
