Great Scooter, Renewed Independence
I love how easy my scooter was to put together and how easy it is to put in my trunk. The scooter is exactly as described and I love the interchangeable color shrouds. This four star review will be ungraded to a five star review if I discover that the shipping issues were solely the responsibility of UPS. The box it came in was retapped multiple times, damaged on three sides, and poorly packaged.

Unsatisfied customer
you people should tell your customers the truth before we purchase a product. they lied to me about repair technicians in my area. and false advertising the mileage you get on a full charge

very POOR service
We ordered a lift chair while in the hospital for my mom. It was supposed to arrive by a certain date. We left the hospital, NO CHAIR, nor information about it. After repeated calls and answers like, "it show it hasn't shipped, but we don't know". Finally, we found that it was not to be shipped until two months after our order and payment. Pitiful service, ignorant employees and NO Consideration at all.
