Spinlife and Customer Service Agent, Lisa saved me!
Lisa at Spinlife saved me from being taken advantage of by a local business with poor customer service and an INFLATED price for the item I needed, that assumed incorrectly that I was an infirm 'old lady' they could bamboozle. I may be old, but I know how to shop for the best price. As an elderly individual, my needs are increasing for 'elderly friendly' equipment and Spinlife will always be part of my shopping research.

well,in the year 2019.I bought EW-M34…
well,in the year 2019.I bought EW-M34 from the dealer. The year 2022 the 24 volt battery would not take a charge.I called around and on line as well to buy a new EW-M34 24 volt battery pack. I was told by. service person. That the company does not make this type of of Battery any more. All the other company's battery's have the post-strew not tab turmoils. SpinLife company told me they have EW-M34 24 volt battery pack. I have never been so excited to be able to buy this battery for my WE-34. I am so great-full. Thank you
