I paid extra for overnight shipping
I paid extra for overnight shipping . On a hand held control , for my lift chair . It finally arrived , 4 days later . This is wholly unacceptable .

Dear Edward, Your order did ship with overnight shipping however there was a delay due to severe weather conditions. When selecting expedited shipping this will expedite the delivery of your products once they are ready to ship, but will not shorten the production or processing time of your order. This is noted in the Leaves Warehouse In section of the Shipping information box on our website. if I could give a zero I would
if I could give a zero I would. I have purchased 8 scooters from Spinlife over the years. I recently purchased a 3 wheel spitfire pro. the frame broke in 6 months. Even though I purchased the extended warrenty when the frame broke ( very poor weld) it took a long time (weeks) to get the replacement. on July 1 2024 the frame broke in a similar spot again due to poor welding. By the way I’m 80 pounds below the weight limit for the scooter. Since my call on July 1 I have heard nothing from Spinlife. Durring that time I have been without……. My advise 1) DO NOT do business with these people. They don’t return phone calls and emails. And a long history of doing business with them does not matter. 2) Did I mention DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Trade local you will pay a few more bucks but at least they can’t avoid BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!!!

The chair we had originally ordered did…
The chair we had originally ordered did not have the feature we needed and there was an upcharge for a 500# weight capacity which we did not need. When we contacted you, we had decided to keep the chair and order another with the features we needed making sure to get the correct one ordered. We did get an adjustment for the upcharge which was acceptable.
