My battery died , probably because of Covid-19! Yes, because I didn't go anywhere and didn't use my GOGO scooter for several months. Called Spinlife and replacement batteries sent from tye manufacturer no shipping charge! Great, prompt service!

I'm very pleased with being able to get products from ur business I'd never thought of getting from a business selling wheel chairs but it made sense u have what I was looking for so thanks for having tires that will fit my 3 wheel bike .....

Like my lift recliner...almost 2 years...only problems are, although I ordered the tall version,( I am 6'5" ), my heels hang over the edge of the chair....also the mechanisms are creaking...hoping a little lube will help...overall a good value...the faux leatherette material is excellent and easy to clean...

I ordered a cushion for my son wheelchair. I t was never shipped. They charged my paypal account anyway. After over two weeks they said the cushion was discontinued. They lied. I was able to have a local vendor ordered it from the company who makes it for more money. I am still waiting for my refund from Spinlife. They said they sent it to paypal. I hope so. I do not trust them. Do not buy from them! There customer service sucks.

Greg the associate was awesome! He brought many issues a nd better ideas to my purchase. I have been a customer for over 15 years and will continue to do so. Don't waste time or money any where else!
