Great service in parts dept. Personnel in parts very friendly and very helpful. Ordered replacement parts several times and always satisfied with the help and parts received. Also ordered new power chair through SpinLife and had excellent help with salesman. Shipping and delivery was prompt. Only drawback is that you cannot try equipment before ordering and buying. Have issues with the way chair handles going over slightly raised thresholds and loading on vehicle lift. Had I have been able to try before buying I would have probably gotten a different model. Customer would have to pay a restocking fee and large return shipping. Company has no outlets where merchandise could be tried before buying expensive equipment.

Spin life has always been excellent with us, that's why I have shopped online with SpinLife for the past several years and gave them a five star rating because they are not guilty of false advertising, and everything we have gotten from them from my scooter to the seat cushion and side bag for my husband's chair are all very well made.

This is the first time I purchased anything from spinlife but far as I know they seem to be a pretty good company

I JUST HAD TO CLARIFY THAT THE WHEELCHAIR I HAD ORDERED WAS TO BE FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A COMPUTERTTHE ASSOCIATE I SPOKE WITH WAS SO VERY PLEASANT AND THE ISSUE WAS CLARIIED.

I am happy with my purchases. I have received products (2 scooters, and batteries)...Each time they were promised...and then delivered a week or two later. Why didn't you just tell me it would be delivered later?

Although the technology looks great, the seat cushion is just not soft enough, and is too high for my 92 year old mother to use. It was a waste of $450. And if it was not a “medical device”, it would have cost $50. Honestly, I feel cheated. I understand to some degree, but how convenient for you to make it nonreturnable, when the buyer has no way of knowing it won’t work until you try it, which is what makes it nonreturnable. Curious!
