Form your my sales rep, on the phone Matthew to the parts and tech rep, you couldn't ask for any better at all plus anything I have got from you guy's all I have to do is call Matthew (ps are you sure he gets paid enough) hes always has gone over and above to help his customers out even from what your own reviews say.i in the last 25 to 30 year's or so dealt with different companies and none compare to yours that's for sure I even just got a Permobil M300 Corpus HD Power Wheelchair and i will only get accessories and parts from you guy's and that's my word on that matter

I have had so much fun with my Pro It is light weight, easy to drive and I love the speed control. It is easy to maneuver in tight spaces. And the price is unbeatable. In short in love this scooter.

Great service
Great service. The VA gave me zero turn 10 with no back basket. Just a cane holder which I need too. I love your basket and your scooter is the greatest. Helps me in many ways. keep up good work.

Indifferent on their service to those…
Indifferent on their service to those who have purchased multiple products. Do not buy The extended warranty. It is worthless. When you call in for service, I am handicap, a service representative wants you to get down on the floor and take pictures of parts! Hello! I am handicap! Gave the exact item numbers needed,the model of chair and still received the wrong batteries after paying 500+ dollars out-of-pocket. Still waiting for a refund. I’ve had issues with this chair multiple times. They have fixed nothing and constantly put up a barrier between me getting the care I need and allowing for the freedom of life they advertise they advocate for
