Thankyou to Jeanne! For helping me with my new Eyetech. I recieved it and wasn't sure how to charge the unit? It came with a cable, but no USB adapter. Jeanne explained how I could purchase any USB adapter to charge the unit. She responded in a quick and timely manner. Then also told me that she could help me with any further problems. I bought the Space Touch in 2019 and I am glad that I did. When our country shut down from the Pandemic, the Space Touch helped me control my acne while doing at-home treatment with the blue/red light. Sadly to say, in March 2022, the blue light was not holding any charge. I sent an email to the customer service and I received an immediate response from Jeanne. It was a top-notch customer service. She kept me informed all throughout the process: from returning the machine back, to sending a new Space Touch machine. Thank you so much for standing behind your product and for being a top-notch customer representative. Keep up with your great work.

I am so pleased with my aftersales. Jeanne was amazing. My Space Touch was cutting off after afew minutes, and only charging for a few minutes too. I contacted Jeanne and she helped me through all the process of how to return. I am in the UK and sent the device off to Las Vegas. It was replaced imediately. I received it today. I am so happy now. It works better than ever. Thank you so much Jeanne for your help.
