Have used the SpaceTouch for over 2 years and have loved it! Needed to use the lifetime guarantee and they were amazing… the turn around was less than 2 weeks… wow

Love this company and their products!!! I believe I see a difference in just a few weeks

The first time I required customer service, it was a nightmare. No one seemed to know what the other person was doing. I got multiple emails from multiple people all asking for the same thing. Finally, I was able to send my unit back to be repaired. This time, I only dealt with one person-Jeanne. She was excellent! Got back to me right away, ensured that shipping and tracking was known by both parties and followed up to make sure everything went well. I don't know what happened, but it's improved 100%.

I always use this Space Touch Jupiter. I feel my skin is still good b/c i use it. I had never problems but After 3 yrs using, it got connection problems so I emailed to Space touch company . They are very nice and specially, Jeanne emailed me very kind and helpful. I sent my broken Jupiter and they sent me new device quickly. I’m using brand new Jupiter now . I appreciate very much to Space touch company and Jeanne 🙏😊

Jeanne was so kind and helpful in getting my issue taken care of! If she didn’t hear from me she would always get in touch with me to see if there was a way she could help me get matters taken care of!! I’m very thankful she was taking care of me! Thank you Jeanne!!
