I had an issue with my Jupiter space touch recently where the top piece came off. It was still under the 1 year warranty. I reached out and Jeanne took care of it so efficiently. I had my Jupiter back in no time and I was really impressed at the way Jeanne handled the situation and stayed in contact with me via email through the whole process. This experience has really restored my faith in humanity. It really makes me see that things are looking up here on the earth plane!!

Jeanne was very helpful and responsive with replacing the device (didn’t heat up). Very easy customer service and would recommend product to others.

I purchased my Jupiter Space Touch a few years ago and was really loving using it. It started to malfunction and not hold a charge right before COVID, but I wasn't motivated to do anything about it. Recently I reached out to Space Touch and received a response right away. They had me return the device and ended up sending me a brand new one all in about a week and a half including shipping times. The customer service has been excellent! Now I'm loving using my Jupiter again.

I purchased the Space Touch Jupiter LED device two years ago. When it began to malfunction several months ago, I was worried because it represented a significant investment. I was slow to contact Space Touch for fear it would mean more money out the door. To my surprise I found a very caring reception! Jeanne told me where to send my device and let me know when they received it and when I would get it back. It was very fast! I even learned they had sent me a brand new Jupiter! The service was phenomenal! I'm very grateful to be back in the business of good skin care and to know that this company -- Space Touch -- stands behind their products.

I purchased the Cosmo Space Touch a few months ago. I had several questions on the operation of the unit because it does everything. I emailed customer service with my question and Jeanne got back to me immediately. Then I had a few other questions, and again Jeanne got right back to me. Now a days it is so hard to get great customer service but Jeanne is top notch. I am so glad I purchased the Cosmo Space Touch and so happy for the outstanding customer service. If you are thinking about buying the Cosmo Space Touch, think no more. I have seen great improvement in my skin and get compliments from my friends how great my skin looks. I also had an issue with the cord. It started to fray. Jeanne got one sent out to me at no charge in record time.

They are helpful and clear. Things could have happened faster but that is outside the control of the group that answered and helped me with my issue. I sent the jupiter device back and they returned one that is working well!

Worth the investment. I notice a difference already in my skin after using it a handful of times. Only issue is that at one point the device would not hold a charge. I spoke with customer service and they advised to mail the device back to them. I just received my replacement device in the mail and I am very grateful. Excellent customer service.
