Love my device, however, it started to malfunction. We called customer service and they were wonderful. Jeanne answered my questions, and told me how to return the device. I thought they would repair the device, but they sent me a brand new device. I love the product and so appreciated the Jeanne's quick response, polite customer service, and the way she kept in touch until the issue was taken care of. You do not see that level of customer service very much any more. Thank you so much.

My Spacetouch came after 9 days post demo but it wouldn't charge. Jeanne at customer service sent me a new one and I used it for the first time! It works now and happy that I can now start my treatment for rosacea, fine lines, and skin rejuvenation as I am now 59 years old. Remember to get your warranty paperwork completed and sent as this item will be used often and it's worth its weight in gold!!

It started out rocky with a machine that did not work. However great customer service, mailed back on March 3rd, got a new Jupiter on March 14th. Used twice and seeing a difference already.

After a few attempts I was able to speak to Jeanne in customer service. My blue light would not stay on and shortly after that my red light wouldn’t either. I explained to her that I tried to resolve this earlier but didn’t really get a response. She was very prompt in calling me as I had requested and with that I mailed my Jupiter back and within two weeks I received a new one. Thank you Jeanne for the prompt service and understanding you provided!
