After 4 days of using the Jupiter, it would no longer turn on. I was so upset as I already starting seeing results after using it for 4 days! I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. I dealt with Jeanne. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and very helpful in guiding me through the return process. I was concerned that it would take weeks to get another one, but it took less than 3 weeks, so I was very pleased with the turnaround. The customer service provided by Jeanne was exceptional. I am no longer concerned if I have an issue with my new unit, as I know it will get resolved quickly.

I have to admit, when I purchased the Jupiter with a "lifetime warranty" I had my doubts. I loved it!! And then my Jupiter quit working. I read numerous glowing reviews about how easy customer service was to deal with and how quickly they responded. But are those "real" reviews? (I know. I overthink). I will say, all those five star reviews are well deserved and I have no doubts. I turned my Jupiter and in a very short amount of time, I had a new one arrive on my doorstep. Excellent response from customer service, excellent communication. They are very deserving of five star reviews.

I purchased a Vega by Space Touch and products by De Flore at Beauty Avenue 3 in Las Vegas. It was needless to say a whim purchase, but I am attempting to learn how to use this device. I reached out to Space Touch customer service via chat and was immediately contacted by Jeanne. I needed to register my product and also obtain directions on how to use it. She immediately emailed me details about using the Vega and also a link to register my product. I was actually very surprised that I got to deal with a real person and the service that was provided was so timely, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I can’t say enough good about Jeanne and I consider the excellent service she provided to me as a very real and tangible asset to the entire team at Space Touch. I’m certain I will be touch with her again with more questions! Thank you Jeanne!!

The Cosmo machine is incredible. Easy to use, you can see the results immediately!!! The best part is the Space Touch staff. I misplaced my user manuel, not knowing where I could get the directions I needed, I wrote to them. I immediately got an answer and they kindly e-mailed me a full instruction booklet! When my e-mail had issues they e-mailed it to me a second time!! The customer service is steller! They represent their product and company superbly well! I would recommend their products anytime!

My Jupiter device is divine. I have been using this device for a year in a half. My results have maintained. I had a sun spot on my face and it’s gone. I use this monthly. That was the advice given to me. Love my Jupiter!!

Just received our products and machine and are anxious to start treatments! We had a bit of a hiccup after purchase and Jeanne has been phenomenal in promptly answering questions and making certain things went well. Will update product use, but if it is anything like customer service, there's no doubt it is amazing!!
