I have had the Space Touch Jupiter for several years and I love it. I see a lot of positive difference in the firmness of my skin and less wrinkles. Recently I had to send my Jupiter device in for repair. Jeannie your skin care specialist assisted me. She was so awesome, in making that whole process smooth and easy. I even had my device back to me within two weeks. So glad about that. I can not say enough good things about Space Touch Customer Service. Just that it was top drawer. And I am so glad that my Jupiter works great again. I am confident my results with it will continue to be out of this world! Cause I trust Space Touch to stand behind their products.

I was extremely pleased w the customer service for the cosmo space touch. The cosmo has so many remedies for acne, pain, psoriasis. My entire family is using the machine. Worth every penny I have spent

I received the unit and did not feel it was working correctly. I was given instructions to send it back, it has been received and the communication from customer service has been super fast and reliable. So unusual nowadays! Thanks, Spacetouch!

Just started using my Spacetouch Jupiter. So far I’m very impressed. Plus, customer service is prompt and so helpful. Jeanne responded to my question and solved any questions I had.

Wow, where to begin: I called Spacetouch, Jeanne answered and gave me clear and concise steps. I did that and sent it USPS. We emailed back and forth keeping the communication line open. Total time elapsed was maybe 8 days, I had expected a month. So I was very happy. I did not know what was wrong with the Jupiter; it just stopped. I would like to commend Jeanne on her professionalism, customer care, staying in communication and being helpful and pleasant.

My new Neptune stopped working so I requested to have it looked at under warranty, after getting an e-mail back but no phone call I emailed customer support. Jeanne e-mailed me back quickly and was very willing to do whatever she could to help me. I was able to send in my Neptune, she e-mailed me when it arrived to be processed and then when a new one was shipped to me. Jeanne showed outstanding customer support and care. I believe she worked very hard to make things right for me and cared about me. Jeanne showed the best customer care you can get any where. She is worth a lot more to Space Touch than you can imagine. Thank you very much Jeanne!
