I purchase a Jupiter device for my mother who stop working after a few days. I contacted Jeanne from Space Touch at the USA. She asked me to mail them the device with the receipt. After a short witness, I got a new device that is working great. Jeanne was kind and professional. I am very happy with the costumer service. New Device is working excellent. Thanks Jeanne!!!

Ms.Jeanne in customer service is amazing! We need more people like her in our world. I purchased 6 Eye Tech devices for gifts and I had problems with mine and checked all the devices and most of them quit after the second or third time of use. Absolutely love my Jupiter! My aging skin improves with each and every use. Space Touch customer service is top-notch! My son accidentally knocked my device off the table — and broke the top piece. I contacted customer service and they provided me with a quick solution for sending my device back for repair/replacement, and kept me informed every step of the way. Great product - and company!
