I love using my cosmo frequently. I see great benefits to my skin. I needed to replace the adapter. I contacted the company and received a new one in a few days. Excellent and prompt customer service!

My Spacetouch Juniper was working great for almost 4 years and then one day started beeping and shutting down. Through the process I was able to get a brand new one in a week. Jeanne was most helpful and kind in her role of customer service. Thank you for being an honest and caring business. These products are not inexpensive and it is a pleasure to know you stand behind the warranty.

The Space Touch support specialist Jeanne was super helpful. She helped me coordinate my return and worked with me when I had issues on the website submitting the photos/video for the return. I appreciate that Space Touch upheld their warranty.

My Spacetouch Jupiter started shutting down intermittently. I reached out to Jeanne and she gave me some things to try to get the Jupiter to work properly. When that didn't work, she asked me to send it in. I shipped it by UPS and sent her the tracking number and she checked on the arrival date and let me know when it got there. A few days later there was a BRAND NEW replacement of the Spacetouch Jupiter at my door. The Jupiter is a truly amazing product. I have had it for five years and can honestly say I do not look my age!

One ,the product 🙂. The Jupiter space touch device is a game changer for my knees. Never thought something like this could provide the relief it did for me. From severely painful knees to no pain at all for weeks was kind blowing. And two, the service and advice provided was exceptional. Thank you Jeanne for all your help. Cheers Pete.
