The customer service is very helpful and responsive. While I am disappointed the the space touch stopped working for a second time, when I let them know, they were helpful. They let me know what I needed to do to return and receive a replacement. The replacement came within about 2 days of their receipt of the old one, very fast.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the same can't be said for FedEx who completely messed up the return of my faulty item. Luckily Jeanne sent out a replacement. I expect my old one is circling the globe somewhere!

Jeanne helped me figure out to reset my spacetouch that was not charging. I was going to send it to be checked out, then became sidetracked by life and Jeanne reminded me. I was finally able to reset it and it is functioning normally but Jeanne said if anything should occur, she is there to help. Truly extraordinary customer service!

I purchased the Spacetouch in December, but was not able to use it until March. Worked several times and then would not work. Sent the item back and within 1 week had a brand new one sent to me. Wonderful customer service. I would recommend this product!!

We purchased the Spacetouch Cosmo Red light Therapy unit just a few months ago. It turned on one day, but we couldn't set any of the settings. Contacted SpaceTouch & returned the unit, & one week later, we had an exchange unit at our doorstep. Jeanne was so helpful & the process was so easy! Customer service top notch!!
