After the purchase of my Jupiter, I made sure to register it right away. My unit began to have issues recently and I reached out to customer service. I was so relieved and happy to receive a response right away from Jeanne. I’ve read many of the glowing reviews online about the excellent customer service she has provided. She did not disappoint and deserves every accolade mentioned. I love my Jupiter but was a little nervous initially to invest this amount of money for it. It says lifetime warranty and the company definitely stands behind that. The bonus was having such a kind and professional representative handling it all. Thank you Jeanne and Space Touch. My EyeTech wasn't charging properly. I contacted Space Touch customer service and within a week they shipped me out my new device. Their response time was quick and efficient. Very happy.

My Jupiter wouldn't charge so they replaced it. All within a week! I'm already using it and loving it!!!! I've had an infared device before, but not one with a blue light too. After I use the blue light I have noticably smaller pores and my skin doesn't have red patches.

I purchased a Jupiter model while on vacation. When it was delivered to my home it stopped working after one treatment.I luckily had done the warranty work( a good idea) and reached out to Space Touch. Jeanne was responsive and the customer service I received was exemplary! Given the cost of this investment in the device I am grateful that the response to my nonfunctional Jupiter was equal to the investment I made.

I recently purchased a Jupiter from Space Touch, the cost was $7200.00. I was told it was guaranteed for life from defects etc. When a part came off the main part of the device, I emailed Space Touch enquiring about what to do. I was emailed specific instructions which I followed, I sent a photo of the damage and I received nearly daily updates about what to expect. Once I shipped my device to them, within a week a brand new device was shipped back to me. I was very happy with the customer service. Their guarantee was iron clad with few questions asked. I would recommend their products wholeheartedly.
