The Company promptly shipped my device and kept me informed about the expected delivery date at all times. A warranty issue was handled without delay or questions. The company provided return instructions and assumed the cost of the return and shipment of a new device. I really appreciate the company's level of courtesy and communication.

My eye-tech device was not charging. I contacted the customer relations, and received a prompt reply. Their suggestions did not fix the problem. They sent me a label to return it, and within 10 days after returning it, I was sent a new one. In short, the service was excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about the Spacetouch customer service. One of my Eyetech devices would not hold a charge. After emailing SpaceTech, Jeanne immediately contacted me and explained exactly what to do to resolve my issue. Within a week I had a new device. Thank you Jeanne!

Jeanne was patient when I could not send the pictures of the malfunction on the Jupiter and followed through the mailing, etc. My replacement arrived very quickly.

I just want to give a short review on my experience with Space Touch products. I contacted their service department because the product I had bought was faulty and not functioning properly. Upon my contacting them… Their response was immediate and with the concern that I as a customer would be satisfied. They made it very simple… I gave them the information in detail about my product having a problem. They gave me the address to send back my faulty device, and within less than a week I had a brand new device in hand working perfectly! I found out quickly that one of their trusted employees in the service department was a lady named Jeanne who was a world of help in bringing everything together! She was willing to help and assist me in anyway that I needed!
