Great response time and a quick resolution! I had a technical issue with my Jupiter after using it once. I reached out to customer service via email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 30 minutes. The instructions from the skin specialist worked like a charm, and now I know how to power up my Jupiter in the future. Superior customer service!

Your team member specialists, to be certain the power adaptor was defective, suggested we plug it into a different power outlet. My Jupiter, after a few years, begin to have some issues. I contacted the Company and they immediately asked questions and for me to return the unit. Almost overnight my unit was replaced. I was so delighted, and impressed with the service and professionalism them exhibited throughout this issue. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and their products.
