When my VEGA wouldn't charge I sent Jeanne an email, returned the unit and received a new one within a week! Terrific customer service AND the red light really works on my face. I've had strangers ask how I keep my skin so smooth. Love it!

I had a technical issue with the Jupiter spacetouch after owning it several years. The device would not charge. Contacted customer service and Jeanne was very helpful. They requested I send the device in for troubleshooting, and send them the tracking number as well. Upon receipt of my device, they were in touch with me every step of the way. A new device was shipped out within 7-10 business days via Fed Ex and I’m now enjoying continued use of my Jupiter space touch!
