My device stopped working, I quickly contacted customer service who helped me troubleshoot and I ended up sending the device to be evaluated and I ultimately received a brand new device! Customer service was amazing!

My Jupiter stopped taking a charge. I contacted customer support via email and was contacted back immediately by Jeanne. She was very prompt with all email correspondences. Once they determined that the unit needed to be replaced, they advised the next steps and within a couple of weeks I had a new unit. Thank you Spacetouch!
