I purchased my Space Touch Jupiter in December 2019 and I made sure I registered it with the Life Time Warranty right away since it was so expensive. The blue light was not staying on so I emailed customer service & they asked them to show them my warranty email I got after I registered it & I did, I then emailed the device back to Las Vegas then in 1 week they shipped my a new device. It works great, makes my skin less red when I use the blue light & the red light helps build collagen. I hope I don't have to use the warranty again, but if I do then I know they will honor it. That is Good To Know.

Excellent service… love my device and the changes that my skin has got. Definitely is a product that I will recommend 100%. Not only that, the warranty services is 100% trustable.

Imagine my frustration when my newly purchased Cosmo developed a problem. The power cord supplied no energy. Like so many others have stated customer service is excellent. The scar from my March knee surgery is disappearing as are my rosacea. Freckles are lighter. Improvement in my face and neck is visible enough for friends to notice. And all this without a knife touching my face!

Had a problem with the EyeTech device. Contacted the company and they gave me a new one; no problems and very quickly.

I love my SpaceTouch Jupiter. My skin feels softer and looks more even. Using it nightly has become a relaxing routine. After about four months I had an issue with the Jupiter and the Spacetouch customer service team were wonderful. There was no issue with returning the unit and receiving a new one! Perfect.
