On pricing, we understand there are much cheaper LED devices on the market, and we know that's a fair thing to weigh — ours are positioned differently in terms of build and testing, but we respect that it's not the right fit or value for everyone. On the blue light concern: our cleared devices are tested to IEC 62471, the standard for photobiological safety of light-based devices, which addresses light exposure safety. That said, we're not going to claim we've fully answered every question about long-term effects of blue light exposure specifically, since that's a genuinely debated area in skin science more broadly, not just for our products. We'd rather be honest about that than dismiss your concern. Appreciate you sharing your perspective either way.

Great customer service! My Spacetouch Jupiter was not charging correctly and they responded to my email that day with tips to reset. When that didn't work they had me send it in and sent me a replacement. Very pleased!!!
