I love my Jupiter light wand! Going to be leaving my first review, I was very pleased with the service I received to return a faulty device, customer service kept me posted to where in the process they were at in assessing and ultimately replacing it. I had registered it right when purchased and they honored the lifetime warranty with no issue, thank you SPACETOUCH!

I had trouble with my device when I opened it. I contacted customer service, they were great. Responded quickly and sent me a new one right away. Kept in contact with me the whole time!

The sales person took time, showing us how your products worked. He helped us on where our money was at, not pushing so hard because if he had we would have walked out. Now we have great products and do not have remorse either.

Super easy to use and very relaxing. Love it, it’s expensive but we’re worth it

I recently purchased a Jupiter space touch device on my trip to Hawaii. I am very excited to see the results. Unfortunately, about 10 days after using my device the red light which is supposed to be warm to the touch was cool. I reached out to the customer service department and immediately received a response from Jeanne. She continued to answer all my questions promptly and was on her game. She was knowledgeable and kind. She even gave me additional information on exactly when to use the blue and red device and for how long . She advised me to return the Jupiter device. She contacted me when it was received on their end. It was fixed or I was provided a new one… I don’t really know… But I received it back in no time at all. Once again, Jeanne reached out to me. I just asked her about the extended warranty and she provided additional information. What a gem the company has in Jeanne. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to them. I know you will receive the best customer service ever. I am so thankful for Jeanne , I am very excited to see the results in two months.
